Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless specified)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@AuraCarWash.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds

Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
